Delicious Guyanese🇬🇾 Macaroni Pie

Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 small onion
1 small sweet pepper
2 scallion
1 small celery
1 small carrot
Few Wiri Wiri pepper (optional)
1 Tbsp green seasoning
1 Tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1/2 Tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 Tsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 Tsp onion powder
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp dry parsley flakes
2 Tbsp ranch dressing
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg
1 Tsp mustard
1 1/2 cup milk
5-6 cups of cheese
Bake 350F for 35-40 minutes
