It's my understanding that bbc took the home office and G4s to court shortly after the news broke about the incompetence of G4S at birmingham , the prison apparently claimed, as this prison guard seems to think, they owned the roads around the complex .the court ruled that they could NOT dictate what took place outside the prison The judge pointed out that they should concentrate on what takes place within the walls

The cop at the end explained how 999 calls are categorised and allocated....which is why they don't attend burglary reports. So if you experience a burglary just report that you have the person concerned and will be beating them up....the cops will be there very soon indeed.

I got robbed at knife point in my own home and they stole a near new 3000 pound motorbike. Cops never turned up. You record a fucking building and they turn up in minutes its incredible.
