I like this theory and I've seen others like it. I love jikook and i truly believe they are real. I've only been a bts fan for a year and I've shipped jikook for most of that time if that tells you anything. *Long paragraph, open at your own risk* I've always felt like, coming into the fandom, Taekook/Vkook was *forced* onto you....like a "ship them or you're not a real ARMY" kind of thing. I know a lot of people will disagree with me, but I'm not looking to argue. It's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it. Jikook is so natural with absolutely everything they do, and that's what makes it so much more believable. Shippers don't have to fish around the internet in order to photoshop them together because they're *always* together. I love all of the maknae line, but Taehyung, at this point, really seems like a jealous third wheel around them and it gets kind of annoying and awkward...espcially in the latest KFM Vlive broadcast. Being honest, I was never a shipper....and I still don't really consider myself one. But, Jikook, for me, was one of the things I just picked up on. I noticed it around the end of 2014 going into the beginning of 2015 with the old Bangtan bombs and Lives. It's really one of those things where once you see it, you can't unsee it. When you go back and realize that Kookie has literally *ALWAYS* been around Jimin, whether it's behind cams for RUN BTS! or just opening live to talk to ARMY. Taekook is more-so Taehyung pulling and Jungkook trying to resist, but being pulled anyway. It's one-sided. Jikook are so genuinely interested in each other no matter what it is, and I feel as if it's because Jimin understands that Jungkook likes his space and knows when he can be touchy and when to leave him be. Kinda like once you hear them perform live, your mind naturally adjusts to hearing it that way and that way only. I also feel like Jin either knows and doesn't care, or doesn't know but still doesn't care. It's obvious they feel the most comfortable around him, thus all the lives they do together and all the time they spend together both on and off-camera. I don't know. Something about them being happy with each other makes me happy. Jimin pushed so hard for Jungkook affection and he's finally getting it and getting it in full. Not only with simply being there for him emotionally when he's having a hard time, but cute things like Jungkook moving his looks ranking from 7th place to 1st. It's always the *_small_* things that matter, right?
I do feel like the Vkook ship was forced onto me as I joined the fandom. I mean honestly, I never shipped them romantically; I always just thought of them as two cute puppies but I liked every member together because they're all so close and their chemistry is good. I never shipped anything (romantically) at all at first to be honest because I used to think everyone was delulu due to how much bands (not just in K-pop) love to do fan service in this way, and some people just didn't see that that was all it was. I'd like to think of myself as more of a realist, and that is why even though I still don't ship anything else in BTS (romantically) I am so sure that Jimin and Jungkook are dating. The chemistry they have isn't the same as the others'. They seem different, and their tiny cute glances when they think the other isn't watching doesn't seem fabricated whatsoever. They are always together, more-so than the other members do with each other. Most importantly JK and JM don't treat the other members as intimately as they treat each other which is why even if you don't believe in their relationship, I don't understand how someone can completely dismiss that something is different between them. Bangtan is VERY close with each other. How much closer could Jikook possibly be and still just be friends/brothers? WHY are they closer? Why do they act the way they do to each other versus the way they act around other members? How is it that the actions of the two legitimately show obvious psychological romantic liking for one another and yet people still dismiss it as fan service? The other members are not that intimate when doing fan service, it doesn't feel THAT real (or real at all to me). They aren't professional actors, so how could they pull this off when the others can't (no offense lol). Tae and Jin are known to be the best actors in Bangtan and yet, whichever ship you may have for either of the two, doesn't even compare in authenticity to Jikook. *Extra note:* //Kind of unnecessary// but I genuinely don't think Taehyung gets jealous of Jikook. I feel like he wouldn't smile when they're being cute and troll/expose them for the whole world to see if that were the case. He takes too much joy when seeing the two together (more-so than the other members who usually seem to be annoyed or nervous that they're being too obvious), he only seems that way sometimes but for the most part, he seems happy for them. Now this could just be my inner realist talking, but I just don't see Taehyung getting jealous of them ever.
I think you're right about them having a talk by the end of 2015 or sometime that year. Now that we have seen the 2020 festa, we know what happened on the rainy day about 4-5 years ago which would be around 2015. This was probably the turning point of their relationship in my opinion. And if you closely observe the lyrics of still with you, you'll see that it perfectly fits the rainy day story. I'm not saying the song is not for army, but it is weird how jungkook randomly remembered that incident during festa when the song was released. I think jungkook was in denial of his feelings before 2015 and tried to ignore them. He tried to distance himself from jimin in hopes that his feelings will go away. But they never did. They only grew stronger. And when jimin had started to ignore him he probably felt empty. Imagine someone you have a crush on ignoring you. It probably hurt a lot. And then they probably talked to eachother and sorted out their feelings and decided to give it a shot. The evolution of their relationship is truly beautiful.

Honestly, the thing that really pulled me into jikook is satellite jeon (no pun intended). Attraction is a really weird thing because it happens literally and figuratively. When you are attracted to someone, you are, perhaps, subconsciously trying to get closer to that person, seeking for touches or smth like that. And the thing is, I just read this, the staff (?) said that it is jikook that is usually together, perhaps on and off-cam. That alone convinces me that there is smth special going on between them. I've always felt like, coming into the fandom, Taekook/Vkook was *forced* onto you....like a "ship them or you're not a real ARMY" kind of thing. I know a lot of people will disagree with me, but I'm not looking to argue. It's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it. Jikook is so natural with absolutely everything they do, and that's what makes it so much more believable. Shippers don't have to fish around the internet in order to photoshop them together because they're *always* together. I love all of the maknae line, but Taehyung, at this point, really seems like a jealous third wheel around them and it gets kind of annoying and awkward...espcially in the latest KFM Vlive broadcast. Being honest, I was never a shipper....and I still don't really consider myself one. But, Jikook, for me, was one of the things I just picked up on. I noticed it around the end of 2014 going into the beginning of 2015 with the old Bangtan bombs and Lives. It's really one of those things where once you see it, you can't unsee it. When you go back and realize that Kookie has literally *ALWAYS* been around Jimin, whether it's behind cams for RUN BTS! or just opening live to talk to ARMY. Taekook is more-so Taehyung pulling and Jungkook trying to resist, but being pulled anyway. It's one-sided. Jikook are so genuinely interested in each other no matter what it is, and I feel as if it's because Jimin understands that Jungkook likes his space and knows when he can be touchy and when to leave him be. Kinda like once you hear them perform live, your mind naturally adjusts to hearing it that way and that way only. I also feel like Jin either knows and doesn't care, or doesn't know but still doesn't care. It's obvious they feel the most comfortable around him, thus all the lives they do together and all the time they spend together both on and off-camera. I don't know. Something about them being happy with each other makes me happy. Jimin pushed so hard for Jungkook affection and he's finally getting it and getting it in full. Not only with simply being there for him emotionally when he's having a hard time, but cute things like Jungkook moving his looks ranking from 7th place to 1st. It's always the *_small_* things that matter, right?

I do feel like the Vkook ship was forced onto me as I joined the fandom. I mean honestly, I never shipped them romantically; I always just thought of them as two cute puppies but I liked every member together because they're all so close and their chemistry is good. I never shipped anything (romantically) at all at first to be honest because I used to think everyone was delulu due to how much bands (not just in K-pop) love to do fan service in this way, and some people just didn't see that that was all it was. I'd like to think of myself as more of a realist, and that is why even though I still don't ship anything else in BTS (romantically) I am so sure that Jimin and Jungkook are dating. The chemistry they have isn't the same as the others'. They seem different, and their tiny cute glances when they think the other isn't watching doesn't seem fabricated whatsoever. They are always together, more-so than the other members do with each other. Most importantly JK and JM don't treat the other members as intimately as they treat each other which is why even if you don't believe in their relationship, I don't understand how someone can completely dismiss that something is different between them. Bangtan is VERY close with each other. How much closer could Jikook possibly be and still just be friends/brothers? WHY are they closer? Why do they act the way they do to each other versus the way they act around other members? How is it that the actions of the two legitimately show obvious psychological romantic liking for one another and yet people still dismiss it as fan service? The other members are not that intimate when doing fan service, it doesn't feel THAT real (or real at all to me). They aren't professional actors, so how could they pull this off when the others can't (no offense lol). Tae and Jin are known to be the best actors in Bangtan and yet, whichever ship you may have for either of the two, doesn't even compare in authenticity to Jikook. *Extra note:* //Kind of unnecessary// but I genuinely don't think Taehyung gets jealous of Jikook. I feel like he wouldn't smile when they're being cute and troll/expose them for the whole world to see if that were the case. He takes too much joy when seeing the two together (more-so than the other members who usually seem to be annoyed or nervous that they're being too obvious), he only seems that way sometimes but for the most part, he seems happy for them. Now this could just be my inner realist talking, but I just don't see Taehyung getting jealous of them ever.

I think you're right about them having a talk by the end of 2015 or sometime that year. Now that we have seen the 2020 festa, we know what happened on the rainy day about 4-5 years ago which would be around 2015. This was probably the turning point of their relationship in my opinion. And if you closely observe the lyrics of still with you, you'll see that it perfectly fits the rainy day story. I'm not saying the song is not for army, but it is weird how jungkook randomly remembered that incident during festa when the song was released. I think jungkook was in denial of his feelings before 2015 and tried to ignore them. He tried to distance himself from jimin in hopes that his feelings will go away. But they never did. They only grew stronger. And when jimin had started to ignore him he probably felt empty. Imagine someone you have a crush on ignoring you. It probably hurt a lot. And then they probably talked to eachother and sorted out their feelings and decided to give it a shot. The evolution of their relationship is truly beautiful.

Honestly, the thing that really pulled me into jikook is satellite jeon (no pun intended). Attraction is a really weird thing because it happens literally and figuratively. When you are attracted to someone, you are, perhaps, subconsciously trying to get closer to that person, seeking for touches or smth like that. And the thing is, I just read this, the staff (?) said that it is jikook that is usually together, perhaps on and off-cam. That alone convinces me that there is smth special going on between them. It's all about the subtle moves and touches 😌💜
There are also moments when one of the memebers or jimin would touch in some way and you’ll see the others look worried for jungkook. Like when one interview RM was touching jimins leg and everyone got really awkward except RM and jimin since they didn’t noticed. Everyone even looked at jungkook because they know he was going to get upset and they seem kinda scared?? Because of how pissed kookie looked. Later in the interview RM noticed how everyone was looking and how mad jungkook was and stopped touching jimin. Honestly I feel like at the beginning jimin wanted to make jungkook feel comfortable because kookie was shy and what not and he didn’t want to make him feel left out/ hate him. I love how Jimin has always been honest yet unashamed about his feelings for Jungkook, but I find it sad how often people thought he was joking, or that it was for "fanservice." I personally don't think he was ever "just playing around." To this day I still believe Jimin cares & has very deep feelings for him.😊 And I think it's so amazing to watch Jungkook slowly realize & accept Jimin's feelings. It seemed Jungkook didn't feel the same way about him in the beginning, but I think his own feelings & realization really grew over the years.😄 And because of that, I've noticed that they have always had a huge connection with each other. However, based on what most of us feel and see, I think they are together romantically but sadly cannot openly admit it due to the conservative society in Korea, their image, career and so many other things.
