This is what I do when my small packet of wipes gets dried. I take out all the dried wipes and refill it with new wipes that came of a big pack(I always have stock of that). Then use the dried ones as oil blotting sheets.
NEVER add polish remover to thickened nail polish! This will break down the polish and make it streaky. If you add anything, use polish thinner. It only takes a few drops.
