When PTI was declared independent, Akram Raja did file a petition in SC to recognize PTI as a party but it is not been scheduled to hear so far.

It's pointless to discuss the party's legal team at this point. The real issue lies with the judiciary, not the lawyers. Even if we hired the best legal minds from anywhere, it wouldn't change the judges' pre-determined decision, which is already public knowledge.
The root cause of the reserved seats controversy is the judiciary's unprecedented and damaging decision, which has plunged the country into this crisis. Lawyers themselves are part of the problem. They may be skilled, but they often struggle to work together. This infighting within the party, with lawyers scoring points against each other, seems to be the bigger challenge right now."

How can one win a legal battle when no part of the state wants to follow constitution except the only largest institution which follows the constitution; this institution is the most deprived; strong yet weak aka the People of Pakistan. So, all these troubles are being fought by the people representing PTI "single handedly". The most solid case is made using Form 45; ECP, High Court, Supreme Court, none of them will show any remorse on their poor decision. This criticism is misplaced in my opinion. How can one fight in the absence of Rule of Law? Law is misconstrued by the ones whom have to translate that.
Bhand na kiya tau kia jia... Sadly, party and IK still making mistakes. But then whatever method PTI had taken, the shameless #GuardiansOfCorrupt may have denied them their legal and moral status.
