  • On Wednesday, November 18, 2020 Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) presented a virtual childhood cancer lecture featuring Jinghui Zhang, PhD. Dr. Zhang's lecture discusses the difference between the landscape of pediatric and adult cancer, innovative genomic analysis tools for research and clinical testing, and the St. Jude Cloud data sharing ecosystem.
    During this lecture, participants will:
    1) Learn about the differences between the landscapes of pediatric and adult cancers.
    2) Learn about the impact of pediatric cancer clinical oncology testing using whole-genome, whole-exome and RNA-seq.
    3) Gain insight on discovery of non-coding driver variants using a novel algorithm cis-X.
    4) Get familiar with St. Jude Cloud, the largest pediatric cancer genomic data resource, and the ecosystem of Genomics Platform, Knowledgebase and Visualization.
