I’m new to the platform how do you contact the person that booked you. Because someone booked but never checked in for 9 days and I don’t know about the cash out option
There were some fake bookings which doesn't shown up and we don't have option for prepayment so guest just book and don't show up at all. And we didn't marked them as no-show. Now they are asking for commission and sending emails for legal action. What should we do now?
if i check in within 24 hours of check in time - can the property mark me as no-show? i didnt cancel my reservation.....i checked in early in the morning with having the booking active, how it is even legal?

They keep giving stupid answers having different departments and all.. which doesn't make sense as it's overall one company. try to contact them, otherwise have to pay. yes, but if you missed some bookings and invoice is not generated you can contract them and ask for cancel those booking.
Exactly you are helping all scammers to enjoy holidays for free and then dispute.

remove the pay in the property option.. I was also scam when I started booking, make sure that is opt out to your payment option..
@@angieworm yes, but they are not ready to remove tax invoices which i forgot earlier to mark as not-show

I am struggling so much on this webpage. The guest canceled three days prior to booking in. I could not click on no show.
