Is D. Brown the father of Jalen Brown? Or related in some way? Just wondering because they both wear number 7 for the Celtics.

Nope, no relation. The two have become friends in recent years, but Jaylen doesn't wear 7 because of Dee. Oddly enough, this is also the case with Antoine Walker, who wore 8 for the Celtics, and Kemba Walker who also wore 8, and who are also not related. Jaylen wears 7 because of astrology reasons, and Kemba wore 8 because his birthday is May 8th.
