- Since the release of the Splatoon 3 Direct, the community has been busy analyzing every square inch of information, so it’s no surprise that several Easter Eggs have been discovered! Along with my own findings, today we’re gonna look at what the community has found in the Splatoon 3 direct!

What if the furies are type of wildlife an able increase their length and back? Dare anyone make a wildlife bio/habitat/act/behaviors/personality.
When the idols were revealed, you are prompted to press A, implying that this is in-game footage. Also, they appear to be in Alterna (although you probably noticed that).
Fun Fact about Big Man: a Big Man in Polynesian culture is a society leader, hence Big Man being the unofficial leader of Deep Cut.
I’m so excited for Splatoon 3, Hotlantis looks really cool and it is neat how they are adding real life merchandise into the game for our lockers!
Customization is Splatoon thing is gonna be AMAZING! Can't wait to check out others' lockers and see what everyone's styles and tastes are!

its crazy how huge it is compared to the cephalings. People often forget how small the players actually are to the extinct humans, and its kinda cool.
That extra shop is the best shop ever by the way did you notice in the story mode you could see the splashdown
Yeah, it's pretty interesting! Makes me wonder if Stingray and other left out Splat 2 specials will be exclusively playable in Story mode 🤔

There's something else next to the NILS, and I'm pretty sure it's actually the Splatfest Stage that was built next to it for the final fest, MC Princess Diaries. The statue looks just like it does on that stage, too!
In addition to the masks, there is actually another reference to Deep Cut waaay back in the Return of the Mammalians trailer. At the trailer's very beginning, there's a little "now loading" animation that plays out in the bottom right corner. The shapes it makes? Triangles, shaped JUST like Deep Cut's eyebrows.
Maybe I'm reaching, but I like to think this was intentional. 😁
Being French, seeing Big Man's name in North America kinda saddens me
Here in France he's called Raimi ! Since he's a Manta Ray and all

Now when you look inside Hotlantis, if you look closely at the trash can inside, you can see both an octarian tentacle inside, & you can see a sticker, showing a prototype drawing of the Inklings.

Np it’s just the truth ,oh and did you know in the first splatoon 3 direct (only battle) and the other one (battle) ,one of them the sipcaster didn’t ink the last area but in another one the zipcaster did!

Idk if this counts as an easter egg, but in the mailbox, you can see that someone drew a smiling crab. But, in the Anarchy Rainbow part of the direct, you can see the crab is on a few banners. Does that mean anything or am I just crazy lel
