From my audio collection, this is a Radio Jingles Sales Package production by TM Studios of Dallas from 1975 (formerly TM Productions).
Part 3 of 3, this is TM's "You" image campaign which was used on RKO-General Top-40 radio stations in the mid-1970's.

One of the people singing the jingle for "You and Me and 93 KHJ" sounded just like Barry Manilow.
