For those who does not understand who is Dr. Nozman. He's a french youtuber who made a video on this instrument and now a lot of french people now have handpan video in their recommandation et oui je parle moi aussi français et je suis du Québec et salut a tout les francais (and yes i speak french too, i'm from Quebec and hello to every french people)

I’ve been obsessed with this instrument ever since I went to a grieving camp after my dad passed away. We all sat by a fire and this guy played his hang drum, it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard. In that moment I felt an overwhelming feeling of peace

generally: yes.
There are no readily available scores for handpans, and they would also not be very useful because of the modal nature of the instruments (not tuned as chromatic, but lots of sound models in different scales/modes).
There are different ways to approach handpans, from a more melodic perspective or a more percussive/rhythmical perspective, which might influence your phrasing. If you compare different handpan songs, you will probably be able to identify certain "patterns" that appear over and over, but are interpreted in different ways and with different tonal material.
