Just actually saw this on my YT recommendation. It's so rare to see travel vlogs of "Bacolod City" so I was kinda shock when this popped up on my recommendations. I'm so glad that someone made a vlog of my beloved hometown. Letting people see in our country that there's a not so big city, yet beautiful and peaceful "The city of smiles". Nice video! Just to clear for everybody though, this isn't just Bacolod City. It's Negros Occidental. :) Most people get confused with the geography. Silay City, Talisay City and Bacolod City are all in Negros Occ. It's funny when people ask, "so you're from Bacolod, where exactly in Bacolod?" - coz unless they're asking for a specific street, building or village, the answer then would just be - Bacolod lol.

The house infront of StoneHill Suites is the owner of the hotel. The decorations were called christmas village and people go there every night to witness the lights and take pictures 💖

Fun fact 1: the house with the grand christmas decorations was the house of the hotel owner
Fun fact 2: the bernardino house (pink house) has a room full of old dolls and caricatures if i remember it correctly. some dolls are even older than my parents. Its really creepy if you go inside alone.

Bacolod City is the capital of Negros Occidental. Hindi lahat sng beautiful spots is located sa bacolod minsan located sa mga adjacent towns din and cities kaya lng na hahighlight parati ang bacolod kasi yun ang nakasanayan ng tao.. Mas kilala ang pangalan ng bacolod which is minsan mali ang address na sinasabi na dpat Bacolod City, Negros Occidental or Talisay City, Negros Occidental or Silay City, Negros Occidental. Katulad ng Ruins and the Campuestuhan na d naman sa Bacolod makikita pero sa Talisay City at yung mga ancestral houses na nasa Silay City, Negros Occidental.
