Having a coordinated team of players all communicating with each other is a lot more influential in a quick play match than removing movement abilities. Especially if they know you're playing without them and can adapt around that fact. I'd be surprised if you lost in those conditions no matter the character.
I’ll definitely consider trying to hide the challenge from friends in the future. I mainly just don’t want to just throw 4 random peoples games even if it’s just in quick play. Sojourn also was not going to be that bad without slide and not change how she plays much but heroes like tracer, genji, doom, winston, pharah, should be a bit more interesting with how to approach these characters and still try and make them work.
im not going to say sorjorn isnt really good, but, playing in lobbies that everyone there are having gameplay like bronze elo doesnt mean the hero is "op" i can play everyhero with no abilities in qp... as well you cant really say a hero is op on winrate on qp. sorjorn is a hard hero to play as well as her postion and because you are playing in low elo you didnt even need the slide because everyone there played out of position. hopfully you will consider it into future videos.

There's a small handful of heroes that can be played (almost) completely fine without a certain ability, namely old Sombra without her Stealth, Reaper with his Shadow Step, and Ashe with her Coach Gun. They can be easily played without, it just requires a specific playstyle and good positioning.
