❤️ I had it as my career choice in high school but I delayed it all until my early 30's and doing it when I was a single mom! I look back how the timing and everything just fell in place. It was definitely helped by someone above for sure and my sweet mom helping me with my kids get to school!
Will def be ordering a copy of the book & cookbook. I have several AI disorders (fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, as well as asthma/allergies) & my DH has just been dx c diabetes. I have been reading more & more about gut health & am ready to take a diff approach than just pharmaceuticals. Thanks for sharing & I hope to hear more re the ce in March.
I have read so many things they really start to run together but everything states heal the gut to help these certain disease processes. I felt like it truly made sense but was only reading a lot of this holistically and not 'mainstream' medicine, but now with studies and nursing practice changing and evolving to this then I really feel like the validity of it all is there! I hope I can help my girls and my patients as well! I will keep you updated as to what I learn!! ❤️🥰 hugs! Janet
You are not boring at all. Thanks for the info. I have 2 daughters. One has to eat gluten free and the other does not eat any processed food. She is a healthy girl and her husband is on board also. They are raising the children this way. When she starts explaining about processed food it makes you sick knowing what we are doing to our bodies. I have dropped some weight also.
Awesome haul and thanks for sharing. I have never heard of that glue gun...will be interesting to see how it works for you. I really need a new one. I am still using my old Fiskar's that is probably at least 20 years old but it is so big!
I have tried the smaller one so far and like it! I only wish it had a fine tip to it but it does not leak! and I love how it sits up on the table compared to my other one.
As s former nurse can understand your fascination with gadgets. Have autoimmune diseases in my family..grand mother had rheumatoid arthritis. Mom had ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, ..my sister has rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's. Sarcoidosis, I have allergies..asthma,..my immunoglobulin levels are very elevated...so understand about the disease..interested in reading the book you got...will look for it
Prior to getting this book everything else I have read so far talks about healing the gut and talking about how all of this originates in your intestines. So it’s kind of fascinating at the same time that it all comes from that area and that everyone keep saying you need to heal the gut so I feel like they’re probably is a whole lot to that. It will be nice to have something to reference to. Take care! ❤️ I have cousins that have RA, lupus, and Hashimoto on my moms side. Most medications they have taken have caused other problems... it’s very disheartening. I hope you can find good information as well.
I added the links to who I bought the books from and my Amazon acct favorites. I’m trying to get separate links but will need to use my laptop to get those! Thank you for letting me know!! ❤️
I had Graves, and so many symptums with it, which caused an over active thyroid, took the radiation pill and now I am Hypo. Very frustrating trying to lose weight and it seems to stay on. I get cold real easy in the winter I freeze most of the time.
yea I am positive Alanna was hyper and then went to hypo and to Hashimotos. She is 5'4 and is only 88 lbs soaking wet. She has joint aches, insomnia, and then crazy bouts of sleeping too much, rapid heart rate (into the 160's with no activity), and the patch of psoriasis on the back of her neck and a small place on her back. Yet her ANA which tells if there is inflammation in the body is negative. Her TSH has been elevated on tests now since last June and still the same and they only decided to start her on thyroid medication because I wanted to. I want to see if it will bring her any relief. It's very frustrating for sure. I hope I learn something that will help her and if it does I will share it with you! I am hoping that even just change in diet may be part we need to be very proactive in.Take care!
Love the books and the nurse items. One of my biggest regrets in life is not going to nursing school. I would so love to be a nurse.
