I love to knit in my cozy chair, its pink wing-tip. I have a hand painted stool for my feet and a cozy crocheted afghan I put on my lap. There is a table with plants, just enough room for the TV remote, my tea cup and mandatory homemade coasters, all under my favorite lamp. On the floor to the right is a line up of wips. I'm living the dream in rural nova scotia.

I love knitting late at night when everyone else is sleeping! I sit between my Christmas tree, lighted Nativity set, and an enormous canvas wall art of reindeer (caribou) in the snow! Hot chocolate and music or a hallmark Christmas movie is mandatory!

My favourite place to sit and knit over the holidays is on my parents' couch - not only is it a more comfortable place to sit than I have at my place, but I can visit with my family at the same time.
My favorite knitting spot near Christmas is my “chair” at the hitches table - close to the coffee pot, next to 3 large windows overlooking our wooded back lot that daily has wild life running and playing, and sometimes snow. It is peaceful, soothing, and brings me joy.

I like to sit where I always knit during the holidays, in my beat up old chair in the corner of my living room. It really is a nest because to my right is an end table cluttered with notions and my drink of water, coffee or tea plus my iPad and to my left is a heap of project bags full of what I’m currently working on or near future projects. The only difference is there are decorations and Christmas tree and lights to cozy up the room!

We just put up our tree before thanksgiving and it’s set up next to our couches. I like to sit on the couch closest to the Christmas tree and snuggle up with a blanket and knit. The view in front of me from that couch is our fireplace and decorated mantle. It’s very cozy and festive and I wish it could be like this all year long! I get so inspired that now I’m trying to knit my fastest so that I could make as many gifts pop into my head! 😊

I just added the pattern to my list for January makes. Along with such a cute container. My favorite spot to knit is in my craft room.
