This is such a high quality video i'm so inspired. Incredibly helpful as I was extremely overwhelmed and you broke everything down so well. Thank you for putting in the work!
Oh Hilary, I’m so happy you think so - thanks so much for taking the time to leave this comment 😊 These videos do take quite a long time to put together, so I really appreciate this!
Not sure what I enjoyed more, the whole tour, or the fact you were able to take us through the whole ship without hardly seeing another person! LOL There will be a day that I'll be getting back into cruising for sure. Bruce and Otis
I want to thank you for such an informative and well put together tour. Booked to sail on her in December for a New Year cruise. Can’t wait! And I didn’t realise how big she is. Now to get into that secret bar….😂
Amazing tour! I know how much work goes into editing these tours and this ain’t a small ship! Well done. Looks gorgeous but I’m still undecided about returning MSC plus on a ship this size.
Thanks very much - marathon complete 😂 Totally hear you - I actually find the size of some of these ships pretty intimidating - World Europa is just enormous! Would you be more likely to try and older MSC, or maybe no bigger than Meraviglia class?
@@FraserAtSea I'm thinking it would only be be a great deal on YC on Virtuosa from the UK which would tempt me - or alternatively any of the seaside class ships.
@@CruiseWithAmber Yeah, I reckon my next one will probably be Virtuosa or similar - I also REALLY want to try YC, but the solo pricing is never ever where I need it to be!
I was almost sad at the end of this video as it was such an easy and informative video. Made me want to go on this cruise even more now! Subscribed and looking forward to more content 😊
Ahh, thanks for watching! There are quite a few, but I don’t smoke so can’t share my personal experience. I remember the casino being smoke friendly, too!
Great video Fraser. My wife and I or going on the World Europa mid September this year. It will be our second cruise. Our first was on MSC Bellisima. 4 years ago. These big MSC ships are unbelievable. The World Europa looks fantastic and we cannot wait to get on it. We have booked Aurea experience again. Thanks once again for a great video. 👍
Ah, amazing to hear you’re getting back out to sea, David. Agreed that these new MSC ships are remarkable - they’re really ground-breaking from an engineering POV. Have the best time - let me know how you get on!
Great video! So helpful. We are booked for a med cruise on this ship in August. Are the drinks in the gin and whisky bar included in the premium extra drinks package?
Hey! Thanks so much - appreciate you watching! So I didn’t have that package, but I believe so. I met some people there who’s packages did work there, so I’d assume so!
Excellent Fraser. Totally immersed ourselves in this hour, and some great insights into what you found. To answer your question, yes we would cruise on this ship, and all those quiet areas you identified are great tips. But that "World Promenade" is obviously an opportunity to mirror RCI's Royal Promenade and not succeeding. Its a totally sterile open landscape with nothing to lure us in. No art installations, large potted trees or plants, seats and benches. Even the eating places you featured could have more tables and chairs outside. Hopefully there's future plans to improve that large empty canyon into a space that people want to walk and linger in.
Thanks so much for watching - glad you enjoyed! Yeah, I totally agree after recently cruising Oasis class that the Promenade on here just doesn’t work. I genuinely think this is why some other parts of the ship felt SO busy, as people just weren’t using that space at all! It’ll be SO interesting to see what happens on World America - I’ll be watching those deck plans very keenly…! Thanks again for watching!
Great tour, thanks 😊Only watching this did I fully appreciated just how huge this ship is! And that’s after watching all yours and the Cruise Buoys’ vlogs! Even though Virtuosa seemed big, I do think we’d consider it, it seems to still have the MSC vibe which we quite enjoyed.
They sure do! It’ll usually be a different theme ever night - they did a ‘flower power’ night when I was there, and disco/formal etc, but the main MSC night is always White night!
Very good video, but audio is horrible. First, the frequency is cut around 1Khz. Second of all the accent. I am from US and, in some instances, it was hard to understand what you were talking about. All the "S", "THE", "TH" are cutoff.
Hi Oleg, apologies - you’ve actually landed on one of my older videos. Whilst I can apologise for the audio quality on an older video, I can make no apology for my accent. Thanks for watching.
@@FraserAtSea that is ok. T the video is still very informative. Do you have a video where it would review how crowded it not this ship during normal hours of sailing?
I was on board the Royal Caribbean Icon of the Seas, it was really massive. The colour and design though look childish, uncoordinated and uninspiring IMO. But this ship looks really premium and classy and the interior design looks more coordinated. I am going to book this ship for next year.
Hey, thanks for commenting! I’m not fully sold on ICON yet - looks a bit too big for me, I think! World Europa is a very different design - MSC do a very good job of designing very ‘swish’ looking public areas. Thanks for watching!
Fraser, this is such a nice and very informative video. Excellent image quality, and great narration. Thank you!
Thanks so much for watching, François!

Thank you so very much for all your hard work and early mornings to create this video ❤
Thanks so much for watching - I’m glad you enjoyed it! It’s tricky to capture a ship like this with no crowds, but I really do love doing it!

Ha, yeah - the quietness I manage to capture these ships in at awkward times does always amaze me when I look back! Thanks for watching, guys!

Thanks for showing the cigars in the Malt Lounge. People tend to skip over them in the other tour videos I've seen
Ah, no problem - glad you enjoyed having a look around!

We are booked on that ship in winter time…thanks for all information..
You’re so welcome, Kim - thanks so much for watching!
Thanks! The tea room looks great
Thanks for watching!!
VERY well done...
Thanks so much!
Hi Fraser, great in depth ship tour! We have taken the plunge and will sail MSC in 2025!
Ah, how exciting! Keep me posted on this!
Me too!!! But on the America :)
T hank you for the tour. We're booked on the World America, which should be similar. Where are the smoking areas?
Ahh, thanks for watching! There are quite a few, but I don’t smoke so can’t share my personal experience. I remember the casino being smoke friendly, too!
@@FraserAtSea Thank you. I won't smoke inside except for the cigar bar. I'm in Aurea, and I know deck 20 has a smoking area.

Is the served lunch at Bubbles Restaurant included or do you have to pay extra? Thank you for great video.
Hey! Thanks for watching, and it’s all included! 😊
Thank you for the review. Do they have a private area for Aurea guests - SUNDECK - on other ships?
They do indeed - always depends on the ship though. The bigger ones, you should be fine! 😊
will the same restaurants be on the World America
To be confirmed at this stage, but I’m very interested to find out!!
Do they have theme nights on this ship?

Quais são as diferenças do MSC Word Europa para o MSC America ???
I believe both ships will be similar!

Is there a dress code for the inclusive restaurants, long trousers only?
It’s very relaxed on MSC - I did see people in shorts, but I believe that long trousers is the ‘by the book’ rule…
