I remember not being able to get to this part because the game wouldn't accept the order I put the lines in. I even checked with my history textbook! I think it was a bug... :(
Although I'm not an American, I still managed to learn this as I am studying in America for 12 years, especially I did a lot of study on this Declaration of Independence...
Rock Solid sometimes says something like "I'm big, but not enough for a thief to hide behind". And if you try to arrest Ann Twikitee, she sometimes says, "Uh gee, I don't think there's a thief in my pocket, do you?"
I've noticed how when the C-Note is complete, Polly claps while the other Good Guides give a thumbs up. Her comment of when you use the cuffs on her remind me of how I often tried to use them on the others for amusement. Since Polly is only in two cases, General Mayhem is the only thief she ever captures.
@jazzykid1 And just asking, how come you clicked on Polly? I wish I could have this game and see all the Good Guide's reactions if I try to cuff them, but I'd like to know why you did it.
