I bought a RED BISHOP MAGIK ARM for my Ibanez RG1070PBZ Premium, with the Edge Zero 2 locking tremolo, and it changed my guitar so much for the better, plus I removed the "Zero springs", so that combo completely transformed my guitar. I use my trem a lot! Awesome product! 👍👍👌
I just bought this same guitar a couple weeks ago. Killer guitar!!! Just threw a Suhr Aldrich bridge pup in it too which sounds much better than the dimarzio tone zone that was in there. The dimarzio was a little too dark and wasn’t dynamic. Gonna try this trem arm
I purchased one, and can't say the play is 100% gone; it seems like there is still a tiny bit. It is also hard to nail it down because it is so minuscule and most of the time I don't feel anything. I will say, this is the best investment you can make in your guitar; the control of the zero is unreal. I will never get rid of my Ibanez now that I added the Magik Arm. It's far beyond any bridge I've used. Thanks, Piotr!
Do you have a normal edge zero or edge zero 2? I have a edge zero and trying to find an arm that fits but I saw the red bishop site just shows for edge zero 2 but not for the original one like I have.
Great review and playing!! Does that arm stay put in the horizontal position? My gotohs are the only ones I can get tight enough. My bar needs to be in the same place every time.
hey man, may i ask whats is the usual trem pull up range for this bridge before it touch the cavity ?if i set the bridge paralel to the body i can only pull up ard 3 notes while if i set it angled towards the neck a little i can pull up 5 notes?
Cześź Piotr, I have the 1992 version of that blue Jem77 and currently asking myself if the Magik Arm will work for that LoPro Edge as well. Do You know that maybe? Thanks in advance for Your answer and for the review video as well.
Thanks for the vid. Does it also help with tunning stability in any way? And is it longer or same size as the original? I'm getting nuts screwing the arm all the time😂
Hi , the Arm is 10mm shorter than original one. Arm has nothing to do with a tuning stability. As far as tuning goes try to stretch the strings and always change strings , set guitar in a position it’s going to be played. What’s more set the bridge to the right position which is with the Arm set parallel to the guitar body. That should help 🎸
hello, do you keep you bridge flat one this trem? or with an angle like on my ibanez prestige with a normal edge (it has a little line on it showing when its flat). ive seen mixed answers
Hey man, nice video. Can you get low strings action on your guitar? I have one ibanez with this bridge, and the strings are a little high, but if I put then a little lower, the strings become to touch the frets. I don't know how to set the guitar to fit low strings action.. do you have any solution for it?
Hi, basically I have 1mm measured on the 12th fret for all strings. The neck relief is almost straight around 0.2. The neck relief might be the issue. If not sure or worried , try to get the guitar tech set it. It took me a while to learn how to set my guitars but once You get it it's ok. What's more even If the tech sets it for You remember to use the same brand of strings and same gauge which was used to make the setup. Once the guitar is set, play , shred and have fun !!!
I don't know what kind of "quality control" passed that original tremolo arm at Ibanez...the Edge Zero 2 trem arm is PATHETIC!!! It goes loose instantly and there's SUCH A GAP when you apply it vs the action, it's basically UNPLAYABLE! It annoys the living hell out of me, I regret buying the entire guitar because of this one thing now.

I have the same BFP Jem and bought a Red Bishop arm for it and it was a perfect upgrade! Great video bro!
Love that jem!

@@Feefifofum24 I have a 2, so I can’t say if it works. But, everything I’ve read says it should work. If it does work, it is a serious upgrade.
Hi , I'm glad to hear that. It really does the job :)
Perfect, I got the exact same guitar and the exact same problem. Good to know that this solution surely solves it for this tremolo - thanks!
After upgrade it’s one of my fav guitars :)
@@Obroos definitely
What an upgrade in video edit skills, also sound quality is way better, good job Piotr! :)
I guess I'm pretty randomly asking but do anybody know of a good website to stream newly released series online ?
I just upgraded my 1994 S540 LTD Lo Pro Edge with a Magik Arm and - damn, it feels like a totally new tremolo. I wish I had known about it sooner!
Glad that I could help. Enjoy 👊🎸
Beautifully done Piotr! Loving your shred videos! Keep uploading more. Subbed 🤘
Thank You !!
@@Obroos Welcome!
Looks cool! Just ordered one for my Jiva Jr with an Edge Zero II
Hi, you won't regret it :) Enjoy crazy whammy bar abuse :)

Hi, unfortunately not. The nut stays still but You won’t set the arm horizontal.

I need to put the guitar into its hard case and i have to take out tremolo at least 2 times per week, is it easy with this one?

Btw did you upgrade the block on your bridge? It looks a bit different than the original
Hi, only the arm is an upgrade , I also consider putting SS frets in this guitar. Thank You for watching my video 🎸

That Arm is the same shape as the Edge Zero 2's arm ?thx
