- After finishing the Catch 'em All for Pokemon Sword and Shield, I figured I was going to be done with Generation 8 for quite a while. GameFreak had other plans. Today we're going to find out how easily you can catch every Pokemon in Sword and Shield's Isle of Armor DLC. This video took a lot of time and effort to put together, so I'd really appreciate it if you shared this with a friend. If you have any suggestions for the next video, leave it in the comments below! I'm pretty sure that the Charmander that should've been given was the same one Leon has, since he also once trained at the dojo.

Fun note: You can use stat influencing berries to increase the friendliness of Kubfu. With 7-10 berries, you can complete that section in 15 seconds if you have them in your bag from trees/raids.
That's true but that will lower kubfus stats

If you did just get Kubfu it won’t matter as the stats is lowers is evs, which are only gained via battling.
That and it has no evs if you just got it anyways sooo

I just used the 100 Large XP Candies I got from Mystery Gift on it, and showed it 1 location
I know it was a joke, but Leon trained there and he had GMax Charizard. So, at some point before Leon, Mustard had all 3 Kanto GMax starters. Or it couldve been the one he left for you in his room after you become champion.

Great taste, I spent hours breeding a perfect (IVs / moves / etc) Lilligant back in gen 7 for competitive battling, and it was worth every moment.
I've gotta say I'm so glad someone has finally stood up to gamefreak and pointed out that they have spent years treating the charmander line like 3rd class pokemon.

I got to say, I love these types of videos. It helps me a lot when I want to complete my Pokedex. Also 12:27 The tower you choose never closes. I traded myself another kubfu and yu can still go to the tower you chose and evolve A SECOND Kubfu

About the Charizard joke... It makes so much more sence Charmander not being there as a choise than most if not all realise (or at least from what I've seen people realise) other than the obvious "Charmander was in the base game while these weren't", because the G-Max trained Charmander was taken by Leon when he was training at the Dojo.

Something I found out: I'm pretty sure that bonding with Kubfu only requires that your Kubfu have max friendship, because I fed mine 26 proteins and 26 carbos, and after going to just one spot, it said I was ready.
it does, I didn't move at all, I just fed him berries that reduces stats but increase friendship, literally shoved a ton of berries down his throat and gave him some EXP Candies and he was ready, never left the Dojo :P

The tower that I chose stayed open, even after I finished the Isle of Armor's storyline. I even went and had another Kubfu evolve after everyone was trading them left and right on the day it came out. I can go to the tower at any time, no matter what!

Sooo, pretty easily considering all other "how easy you can catch every Pokemon in..."
Well, he only needed to catch 100 compared to 400... But, no, there's no 1% rate, 24 hour honey Pokemon.
Since I didn’t want to waste another 30 dollars for shield exclusive Pokémon, I went onto the GTS on home. So many people wanted Porygon2s and it’s really easy to get upgrades from the cramomatic. So it was pretty easy to get Pokémon I couldn’t access. :)

He has only 1 ear covered so he can hear his own voice with his other ear (I think). That way he doesnt start talking too loud or too quiet

It's so that he can hear if someone calls for him, and it's also somewhat disorienting to hear your own voice played back to you.

It took me less than 10 hrs to beat the story and catch all the Pokémon in the Isle of Armor Pokédex. It was honestly both very nice and very dumb. I wish it was just a bit longer for the price, but also the Isle of Armor wild area is better than the regular wild area imo. So, it’s kinda worth it. Isle of Armor gets an 8 missing bidoof out of 10.
When they got a venipede and you got a lvl 62 steel flying birdy thatll destroy it completely. good difficulty curve nintendo.

You should do a challenge to see if you can beat Pokemon Red without battling any wild Pokemon. Since you can only battle trainers once, you can’t train as easily.

You dont get Charmander beacause - mustard says that Leon trained there when he was younger, and his main Pokemon is charizard, meaning he took the Charmander, leaving only bulbasaur or squirtle :)

Wasn’t the Isle of Armour about training? Crown Tundra is Exploration
Isle of Armor is the first part of the Expansion Pass while CT is the 2nd part. CT will have more stuff, though
It's actually Growth for Isle of Armour and Exploration for Crown Tundra. Growth is the development of yourself as a trainer and the growth of Kubfu. Exploration for exploring the lore and new lands of the Crown Tundra. If you want philosophical answers, Growth is for the growth of the series through DLC and Exploration is finding out the limits of the DLC

I managed to complete my living dex and get all diglett (before the guides came out) in about 11 hours I think. I was pretty happy with it until I saw he completed the dex about an hour faster than me
Awesome as always. Still hoping to see how long it would take to get your starter to level 100 before the 1st gym without codes, cheats, or glitches. Keep it up.
The fact that they force you to only use one Pokemon that you get at level 10 against level 60s is some of the worst padding I've heard of in a game.
