The new Blood Pressure measuring smartwatch by YHE has in-built minimalistic BP monitor and it can measure your blood pressure using the same approach as regular full-sizerd wrist-based BP monitors.
In this video I'll show you its functions and features and we'll get to test measuring my blood pressure.
Spoiler alert: it actually works! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Before the measurement, take a deep breath, keep your body relaxed, keep quiet and keep your body stable
2. Maintain the correct posture during measurement, sitting posture requirements: the watch must be at the same height as the heart, relax, do not shake or move the body
3. Wear the smartwatch correctly, do not compress the air cuff during the measurement, and make sure the strap is 2 fingers away from the bone of your wrist. That's it!

It's not remotely same with the actual measurements. 179 is a cause for concern and is very high

The blood pressure value varies with the measurement period, measurement posture and degree of relaxation, please measure blood pressure in the following way🧐:
1) Before the measurement, take a deep breath, keep your body relaxed, keep quiet and stable.

is the blood presuure accurate as doctors equipment?
He doesn’t really test the products in his videos. He just enumerates the features and doesn’t bother with checking for accuracy. He bases his “reviews” on the claimed features and not really based on his real world usage of the products.
By miniaturizing the components for traditional oscillometric measurement, BP Doctor Pro is capable of using an inflatable cuff within the watch band to take an accurate blood pressure reading just like a regular upper-arm oscillometric machine found in a doctor's surgery.
Hey Dion, I usually thank people even for putting negative comments, but I guess will skip doing it on this one.
In the video you can see a comparison between the watch and another wrist-based blood pressure monitoring device. You can see collected data with the watch based on days of usage and comments about the accuracy of measuring. There are enough snaps and references about accuracy. @@TechMishka I think everyone is concerned only about the Blood Pressure accuracy with comparision with medical blood pressure equipment (comapring with another wath we are least intrested)

The weather info is synced from the phone, via the Bluetooth connection.
As for being safe from water - yeah, better keep it away
The design quality of the back (see 7:09) doesn't impress too much, but better than the Galaxy which requires the use of a Samsung phone.

I think it is the closest to a true BP device. Smartwatch functions are kind of too basic

Company is fraud with no refund. I suggest do not buy this watch or you will end up loosing $299

We have purchased this watch. It's not a good device. We got up to 30 point difference when taking the blood pressure with this watch compared to the Omron blood pressure monitor. It's a rip off, basically useless and you can't return it once it's been used.

180/80 bro! u should see a professional... unless its just a really unfortunate time of measurement like after chugging 3 cups of coffee sprinting the last couple minutes stressfully

Waste of money - you can get a BP divide for £30 and it's way more accurate and practical than this. Thanks for the terrible review, but at least you got a free watch.
So, what would you recommend for BP monitoring?
BP measurement on all these watches is nonsense.
This one is quite close to the real BP devices.
