  • It is totally advisable to include pork in a healthy eating plan. Pork provides proteins of high biological value, iron, vitamins and minerals like other meats, however we can highlight the greater contribution of vitamins B1 or Thiamine.
Its amount of fat will depend on the part we consume, thus we find lean cuts and others with a higher lipid content. But it is important to highlight that there are two types of fat in cuts: intramuscular and external (visible) which must be removed. Regarding cholesterol, lean pork provides between 40 to 60 mg of cholesterol per 100g, similar to other lean meats.
In general terms, we can consider pork as an essential food at all stages of life since, as mentioned above, it has a high content of proteins of high biological value and provides various minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, zinc and iron, in addition to being a source of group B vitamins such as B1, B3, B6 and B12.

The food looks great! The place where you're cooking it looks awesome! And the narrator's voice is very nice.

Thank you always very much for your kind comments. Lean pork is one of the healthiest, because of its fat, it sometimes has a bit of a bad reputation. Greetings!
