I wish that I had taken a before picture but only took and after picture. I had been concerned my head phone were headed to the bin when the rubber housing covering the cables on my headphone deteriorated. I was trying to think of ideas on what to do to save them and this was the perfect solution. not only is it now keeping all the cable safe they look cooler. I wish I could post the after picture I took but I don't see how I can do it. thanks for this video though as it has prolonged the life of my headphones which I really liked!
You could definitely use hemp twine. It really does keep it from tangling. I used to have to undo knots and tangles on a daily basis, and now I don't. I think it's the added thickness and stiffness, so hemp twine might be even better for that.
