Prototyping a Mechanical Eraser Clutch

I'm trying to design a mechanical eraser. I'm learning how to machine on my new metal lathe. I'm trying to design and prototype the clutch of the mechanical eraser. In this video I am not very successful, but I want to show the entire process of mechanical engineering.
