Good stuff ! As a kid I was told that the Catskills as seen across the river from Germantown was the giant sleeping form of Rip. His head lay pointing up to Albany and his long beard flowed down to his knobby knees and his legs sprawled on down to Woodstock. He would lay there until Judgement Day or the end of the world, whichever comes first
