Is there anyway back into this realm? lol I remember doing this quest but no idea if I got all these chests probably not.

It's in the map, called Major Forbidden Archive (left side of Nightmare: Inferno Rider). You can directly fast travel to it.

I noticed the icon for archive is grayed out on your map but its still blue on mine but I got all the chests?

It's a bug, It was grey out few days ago. Now it's already blue.
