Pen all day . Yes it looks like Saka is looking for the contact but if you watch all angles of the incident and slow that down , Neuer actually sticks out his right foot at the last min to trip saka and thats where the contact come from so its a pen for me. If the keeper stood still, I would've said no pen, but because he went to trip him and plus hes never getting that ball from there. PEN all day.
