I had aphasia from oxaliplatin infusion; the nurses were not prepared for my reaction!!! I guess you have to weigh the side effects with the outcome, but it doesn't look like it's ready for colon cancer quite yet...but maybe in a couple of years there will be a new immunotherapy for colon cancer. What corporations produce these new therapies, by the way.
