Imagine, if you take artifact who gain hp instead half of shield
The reason that worked so well on tahm from last set or blitz from this set is because their ability scales based on their max HP, so as the shield increases- the HP scaling makes the shield bigger in a cycle. This wouldn’t work on Poppy as her shield scales based on AP, and since she’s not manalocked- their is no reason to sacrifice an archangel’s for that artifact.

Does manalock mean that the characters dont get mana if they cast an ablity with shield (so mana gain starts after shield or duration expires?)And they forgot to do that on poppy?
