I did this within the Vst Plugin of the Sound. You have many Options to set the Timing and Curve of your Glide in the Massive Vst from Native Instruments.
This production was so simple, but yet it took me to a world of great complexity.

You can select Legato in the sampler option for maschine. Or if using a synth there is always a Legato option you need to check.
