I'm from India,we mostly keep it in the same pot and at times we report in the same way shown in the video

Hi Chander Rana,10 to 20’C is favourable for growing orchid,there are multiple reason for not flowering and sometimes it might take 5years to flower.

After flowers fall off - take time to rebloom - orchids foods often.
In which month it’s will be grafting (cutting)
