- Osho Gangadham, a Divine and Serene place to rediscover yourself. Osho Gangadham is situated in the middle of forest on the bank of Holy river Ganga in Uttrakhand, approximately 10 minutes drive from Laxman Jhulla/Tapovan and 15 minutes drive from world famous Rishikesh. They provide a package with rooms and food. We took a show round by a smart German Shepherd Dog, name Tyson.
You may like to nourish your body-mind-soul with a stunning selection of individual sessions of different types of Osho Meditations like Dynamic, Kundalini, Dance etc. and Therapies like Reiki etc.- all designed to help you become more aware of yourself or perhaps experiment by learning new life skills and acquiring tools to take home, that will help you remain relaxed even in the busiest of workaday environments.
The key to relaxation is awareness, being a keen observer of all that is going on both inside and around us - this is the inner science, often also called Meditation.
