What i find coolest about this is the fact that this would be a perfect ambush as the huge forest fire would expend a majority of the oxygen within the dense forest causing mass asphyxiation of those soldiers.
Anybody else find this so satisfying?

Unrealistic. They hid in a forest and archer their flaming arrows out from there??? Also the branches from the enemy side would put at least 25% of cover from that thick enough forest.
AI is stupid. In real life not all the enemy armies would follow 3 soldiers. That’s why they have scouts to do that. Cool scene though but dumb .
Fire arrows also wouldn't work but stop bitching and enjoy it
It's a game, nothing realistic about it. Did you come from a documentary to this video? If so your the dumb one here. The game never specify being you ppls so called "Realistic".
this game is wack. We need a remake of the other total war games with these graphics and performance. Tbh its not a horrible game but imo the era sucks ass

When is the myth of fire arrows gonna become extinct. if you have a candle and you blow onto it what happens? It is physically impossible for fire arrows to work yet every major movie and video game shoves this bs
In the west, on normal weather condition, about 1 on ten fire arrow was still "on fire" when reaching destination, their goal was mostly to harass the enemy by starting fire all over the place before the attack.
In China they also invented another kind of fire arrow, using gunpowder around the year 900, so after the 3 kingdom era.

It's a game, got a problem? You can't seriously be complaining when all of total war games or any other games that has fire arrows in it is out rn. Movies still do it. I don't see the problems, fire arrows in games are used for morale effect.
@@koreancowboy42 its as historically inaccurate as british female amputees fighting in WW2. Why would you forsake range and fire speed for a "morale effect" when nothing hurts the psyche worse than an arrow thats unseen.
Never because it's a fucking fire arrow, it doesn't matter that it's "not historically accurate" it's a game it's objective is to be fun

@@ew264 yea i agree,the campaign is good...but the battles lack realism..battles feel like watching an anime ...Ancient battles in China were massive and on a huge scale whereas ingame the scale is very low, just 18 units per army...

Thank God, we have ancient empires mod for Attila which is very immersive ..i am going to stick with it rather than playing 3 kingdoms
