First thing my son's noticed was how well conditioned Adam has gotten into from the very first time we "met" him on your channel Matt! My oldest boy immediately said "Adam really trusts Matt" and for me that say's it all about these workouts! Adam is completely invested in your guidance Matt and it shows in his conditioning, his work ethic and his mental awareness to absorb everything you offer up! After his last bout with Sean, I too was thinking somewhere down the road Adam definitely will face a fighter who can take him deeper into a fight and figured you already had a game plan Matt and this video is perfect! Big lad like that it's not easy. He is a bit raw but looks like he has the power.. Could do with learning to get close and tie his opponent up rather than backing off without his hands up...he would rag-doll most people. I was tired watching. Will be good to see his progress. @mattlegg1976 In the summer of 2021, I was working outside in Uxbridge and I couldn't help but notice the excessive amount of jet trails, day in day out in the sky in the morning. (I'd heard of "chemtrails" but thought that was for to the tinfoil hat people) the weird thing was, these ones didn't dissipate like jet vapour. They spread and converged with each other over a few hours to form huge blocks of grey cloud with a strange milky or misty light. I'd seen this effect before but this was happening daily. I watched them do the same thing every day for weeks and completely change the weather by the afternoon. Sometimes they would produce a very unusual rain. Large intermittent blobs like bird chits that would stop and start over about only a minute or two
Soon after, I saw that other people all over in California and a few other US states, Eastern Europe and Australia were observing, describing and often photographing exactly the same thing.
You may have noticed the sun being blocked out for long periods yourself over the last couple of years.
I'm not trying to persuade anyone. I think I know what they are. But luckily I don't have to persuade. Just look up! If you see them, watch them and see for yourself.

another one, tied to that last point about the mainstream media outlets, is how many people who were finally agreeing that borders are no more than lines drawn on paper put there for us to quarrel over and pay for, just yet more division, whilst behind closed doors in the corridors of power they mean nothing as governments worldwide worked in unison, very often using the exact same phrases and terminology in their public addresses, during lockdown and now returned to their comfy little bit of ignorance.
most of those i saw, maybe one or two remained aware of the fact that government is an enemy of Life on earth which of course includes us.
