your videos always come across very easy to understand and informative. I used an agent myself ( costly ) for a multi entry visa but having only being here for 3 weeks I find it very intimidating and over whelming so for the first time I would recommend an agency to anyone then after that it only costs about 1,900 baht a year I think. Have you done a video on driving in Thailand , on the non existent road rules or how to go about obtaining a international driving licence or motorbike licence , I would definitely recommend health insurance for anyone that rides a scooter and a helmet,in 3 weeks of living here I have seen that many farangs not wearing helmets that I lost count and no doubt they will lose count of the finances if they ended up in hospital because even if they had insurance the company would not pay out because they did not wear a helmet.

Retirement Visa 800,000 Baht in a Thai bank account. You will get an O Visa this is a one off payment into your bank account which has to stay there for the time in Thailand. To continue with your ovaries.
65,000 Baht in your bank account every month can apply retirement Visa
Health insurance depends on your age, your health, the degree of Health insurance to acquire
