I worked at a commercial radio station in Santa Barbara in the 1980s and I actually got to play this tune, but as far as I remember I don’t think they ever did a tour up in Santa Barbara or that area and I never heard this on non-commercial reggae stations up there either!. Once again thanks for sharing it brought back a lot of memories!. Peace!.

My dad used to play with Moja Nya, I think. His name was Geddes Butcher. He played sax.
