Two optiona are available for employer ref. One with oet/ ielts and second without. Please watch towards the end. It says 'or' not 'and'

Sister,my first exam was in Jan 22 in which my writing score was 250 .My second score of writing in May 22 was 290 and I got B band for other modules.Can I club with these score
