Instead of interrupting the spray stream, have you tried making a mechanism to press the cap quickly. Maybe a cam on the end of a motor. If you can make something like that, it would save on paint and stop the paint from rubbing off the mechanism onto the wall. Great video and art!
It's a nice idea but should consider the caps mechanism mean cycles between failure specification. Seems like the cap would need to be pressed at quite a high frequency which could make it fail before the paint runs out. Also the friction from pressing the cap at that frequency could heat it up also causing problems with the mechanism or even the paint. Nice invention. Cheers
@pabloroblesgil1 He's not engineering a product. He can just prototype it and see if it works. I also don't think the friction could do much besides make the cap warm or hot. If it's a problem, add some grease to the cam and cap. As far as the cap failing goes, again, I doubt it because you really shouldn't need to press the cap much more quickly than a human could, maybe 4 rps I don't know. However, yes, it could possibly break the cap before the paint runs out, but again, I doubt it.
If you take apart an electric air pump for aquariums there is a small piston pump that could be re used to push the spray nozzle down. Mabye that would work for the bigger style.
This tool needs some improvements. Reduce the speed of the motor, but in order for the inertia to be sufficient, it is necessary to replace the motor with a motor with a gearbox. Make more holes, reduce the rotation speed to reduce paint consumption. I'm working on it. And I hope I will be able to make this device really professional in order to put this device into production) Yeah, looks like a big sticker) Thanks, SMOE!
Genius! You’re a stellar example of the true creative mind. So many aspects to that and you’ve 4Starred em all bro. (Tight Beat!) Pink dot to the rescue. My son and I love the pink dot. He likes gold too (although the dot blaster don’t haha) Great video. Killer piece and epic engineering
That’s awesome! What a great mark making tool. I’d love to see videos about building things like this. It’s similar to a how a digital brush stamps over and over - so cool!
Yo brother Tesh! Yeah seems to work much better then the last one. Trial and error. But your a true master of your craft so you make it look easy! dope letters too. Bout to sub to the beat channel too, don’t know why I haven’t already!
You gotta patent and market that before someone steals your idea. Mk2 model needs a variable speed and/or interchangeable plates for different shapes. I would have not thought to have the runoff jar on it the first time and my arm would have been covered in paint lol.
Try a rotating actuator that just presses the cap down for you, so you can control the overspray? Might be worth a tinker. Would need a robust servo though.
HAHAHA, SICK DUDE! 💥💥💥 Taking graffiti to the next level here. Once this becomes more controlable this could be REALLY usefull, especially with my style 😂😂
You should try & make your own aerosol can or buy one but put a return hose for lost paint on it, with a one-way valve.. would that work? Sounds like it might (in my head) unless I am not visualizing it right..
Friend of mine has a commercial buisness with 1 side of his building kind of hidden that repeatedly got tagged. Last time he had it painted over then brought manure and spread it along the wall. Its been 2 1/2 years and now he has 2 very funny closed circuit videos and the wall stays the same color.
If you used an arduino to measure how fast the dot maker was moving and had it adjust the rotational speed it would always make dots that match your hand speed. Then if you used a screen to adjust dots per minute you could have it precise enough to even use for like an entire pixel style peice and not just accents. Or just super consistent dots.

Awesome!! And your humor really came out in the music and editing this time. Great job Tesh
Thank you so much! 🙏✊
The white outline is sick. Makes it look like a sticker

With a little know how you could even have a variable speed knob. So many artists would want that.
@@andyArt5 I agree.

Dope! AF! Everything! The ingunity of the tool, the graffiti art, the camera shots and angles, the audio, the music. Pure perfection dude!!
A true professional in every sense
Clicked for the video, stayed for the beats🔥🔥🔥
I love your color choice and huge letters + tiny dots. Very creative and inspiring dude.🎨👍
Those are some really vibrant paint colors ❤
Yes Yes! MR tesh with the Dots, Oh you thought he forgot? Great vid Buddy!
😄 Thank you so much, Fusi! 🙏🙌
What can I say? You're just a mad graffiti tool scientist! Cool tool you built there once again. By the way: I love your little cap tray 😃
Thanks, Nick! There are some technical problems, it is necessary to finalize some nuances and start the production of such devices)
@@VitalyTesh Oh you gonna start selling them?
@@NickMoody I would really like to. Now I am learning 3D programs, I hope everything will work out)
Well put!
Interesting device you made Tesh..saves a lot of time if your spraying lots of dots...Respect from Brisbane Australia !!
Thanks! 🙏🙌

I like your style man. The way you blended the little dots to the pre existing ones from your cool gadget was a nice touch. Def a sub.
Thanks a lot! 🙏🙌
this tool
already looks super professional!
but besides that - the piece was super fresh - it looked like a giant oversized sticker!

Amazing what these artists can do, absolutely amazing. Bravo Zulu!!
🙏🙏🙏✊
Really dope color scheme 👍
Really dig the editing going to the time of the music. Art piece turned out great too. Nice job man.
In all my videos I used only my own beats. It's perfect for editing because I can edit the beats the way I want) Thanks a lot! 🙏🙌
The editing is dope how you've cut it so the spray sound is lining up with the music and beats

Therefore, editing is easier when there is a beat project)

What is the small bottle you're refilling on the side of the dot maker? Is that the actual paint and the aerosol can is just the propellant?
I could see you using that dots maker to put a stitched together effect just like clothing has.

A speed controller is enough for this device even without an Arduino) Thanks for your comment!
Did the stencils work?
Clever device!
Love you gang
That things bad ass and if it had variable speeds it could potentially leave differently spaced out dot. This piece is a dope ass banger too.
I like how there’s always a tire to stand on
