Every pregnancy is different what's good for me may not be the same for you pay close attention to what your body needs, listen to your OBGYN and have a safe delivery. CONGRATS
Rochielin...I'm 64...my Mom will tell me to not do a lot of overhead reaching, in that this will cause the baby's coil to wrap around the neck and suffocate it...this is what happened to my first Great-Grand child..just do your research ask your obstetrician concerning this matter.❤❤❤

Rum cake is different from fruit cakes. Rum cakes don't usually have any dried fruits i n it
U only need the prunes if constipation starts cause not every pregnant woman have that problem
