As an experiment, I‘ve made an “ambient version” of this video.
🙋: Hey, Abao I get it but what‘s the ambient version❓
On top of the "no music ver." or the pure white noise (such as the sound of firewood or rain) we had before, there‘s extra music during the opening, breaks and the end.
You‘ll get to immerse yourself in the beautiful melody🎹 as you take in the view outside the window🏙️.

To everyone who's studying with this video:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
• Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖

great !! I follow most of the things u say, already and coffee is great , it can keep sleep away for as late as 2 AM.....i drank one cup of coffee at about 6PM, now it's 1 AM, i don't feel sleepy at all.

I've been losing my mind with stress lately... Thanks for the calming study sessions. University entrance exam is in two months and last two years were tough. I'm exhausted and every passing day I'm getting more and more overwhelmed with anxiety. But studying like this helps a bit, I wish the best for you for everyone here. I'm pretty sure there are some students who study for the same exam with me, I wish the best for you too guys, stay strong. We will be free after two months.
just take it easy and try to be smart at the way of ur studying, if the way u r using now is not efficient then change it and it's gonna be fine trust me we all have been there but things get much easier once u learn how to maintain ur stress gd luck
I'm a graduating engineering student. I only have 2 weeks left in univ and I still have a thesis, a drone project, and an aircraft design model to finish-all in two weeks (last week = exams week) which is insane. Tbh, my mental health reached its lowest point this month. Anxiety, depression, and other physical side effects. Things getting worse but I always go to these videos for comfort during study hours. I wish us, and everyone, a stroke of good luck! Hoping to see you guys in a better situation soon.

Thank you for the upload. Your content really helps me to focus on my work. I live in Poland. It used to snow a lot here. Basically, between December and March, the country was covered with snow. However, due to climate change, it is getting warmer here every year. Now we barely witness any snow. And I miss it so much!
I love the snowy view for this study session, the transition in the background is helping me calm down my nerves for my upcoming neuroanatomy exam.

Last year your videos helped a lot to study my university entrance exams. I wanted to enter a degree that required a very high grade and I was super stressed. Now I'm returning to these videos to study my first exams of the degree I had been dreaming of last year :))
The gift at the end was such a nice touch! It made me smile to see the cozy pictures after being so tired from 4 hours of studying! I did an extra 25 minute block to get the actual 4 hours of study time. Whew!
Just found you, it is amazing how relaxing but effective can be to study while seen a video with other human being doing the exact same thing. I´ve been here 2 hours and haven´t complained or took the cellphone to distract myself. Now Im on my 2nd break ☺☺

hổm rài mình đã học cùng Abao không biết bao nhiu video từ các clip 3 hours rồi 4 hours nốt.. nhưng lúc chiều mình vừa thi xong và kết quả không như mong muốn. Thấy rất buồn và không hiểu bản thân, học ngày học đêm nhưng dô thi hong hiểu sao lại làm hong được. Xin một chút năng lượng từ các bạn để mình phấn đấu thêm 2 môn nữa thoi ròi sẽ được nghỉ tết dui dẻ.. mong là sẽ dui dẻ thiệt sự nhe. Chúc mọi người cũng sẽ thật chăm chỉ và rồi đạt được những điều các cậu muốn thui.. học tập tốt nhé

I am an India btw...and ya, i haven't seen snow in my hometown....my hometown is Assam in Northeast India......earlier i thought how wud i be able to focus with this video, i mean there are these views out of yur window but now i feel that i can, actually really well, I am studying Organic chemistry at the moment.....love ur videos, man !!.....it really makes me feel motivated to study knowing that someone else is studying also.
