    You are a great instructor. Keep these educated videos coming. Your presentations are very concise and straight to the point. Definitely different form other youtubers looking to gain fame and money. I feel like you are genuinely educating the public or I should say those who are interested in learning about stocks

    Liquidity is key, it’s why I rarely use OTC but prefer the NASDAQ or NYSE for buy and hold and swing trading.

    Thank you for the great information/education. I just sold some stock...at the market price because it seemed less complicated at the time.

      Good idea. Though for a widely held, highly capitalized stock, market orders are usually fine.

    Hello, I am a beginner investor and have a question. For day trading, does the market order price you set change? If the trade occurs at 3 PM and you purchased it at 1 PM, there is 2 hours period that the price change. How I understood is that the final price would be set at 3 PM no matter when you decided to purchased it.

    Many trading platforms have different accounts. Not selecting the account with sufficient funds will also prevent the order from being placed.

    With market orders you are screwd; I just sold Friday at a market price, and it sold at not even recorded value. Below the recorded value. What happen, who got my shares and how did that happen?

    Amazon is too expensive to buy whole. Do you think it's good time to start averaging down on it using fractional buying? Perhaps when it goes down to $3300?

    • @ChristySu
      @ChristySu 3 роки тому

      You have to know the intrinsic value of Amazon in order to know whether it's too expensive. If the stock is below intrinsic value then it's still technically cheap. Right now Amazon is at $3340 so technically $3300 is only about a 1% drop. According to AMZN's stock chart it seems like it drops about 5-10% and sometimes even more when it retraces.

    Hello there, thank you for your work.
    Really informative video...
    Can you also cover other orders? (limit, stop loss, etc.)
    Again, thank you for your work.

    when you buy a market order you always end up paying the highest amount and when you sell you always end up selling for the least amount. It happens every time, to everyone, its incredible.
