Hi Maria. Hard to choose a favourite, they all look so nice on you, but probably the second dress. Roman have so many lovely things. I'm always browsing and it's so nice to see the outfits on. As I've said before, they are just a bit too long on me and the petite range very rarely do a size 20. Love the jacket too xx

I watch a lot of try in haul channels, mainly Laurie - Vanity and Me so the algorithm has found you today
Back in the early 2000’s I used to buy from a large fashion factory in Cannock, around 30-45 mins away from where I live a lot of Roman pieces
Now I am retired I buy from a fashion boutique near me
In my 20’s I was 12-14
In my 30’s to 50 I was 16
Due to suffering with stress I lost nearly 2 stone in weight
Stress can be a killer
Now I’m a size 10-12 due to over active thyroid I need to put around half a stone on
Anyway enough about me
I would not have said you were a size 18-20
The Polka Dot dress. Wow it looks so good on you. It makes you look around 14-16 size

I love that cardigan and yes beige goes with most things.. That monochrome dress is fabulous on you. The prices there are very reasonable. I bought a khaki top with foil leaves on it. I haven’t worn it yet tho The spotted dress is classy. The cami is pretty. Will have to invest in fake tan to give e some colour as my doctor advised me not to go to a tanning shop. The cami really suits you. The other cami is stunning on you. Those dresses would be down to my ankles as I am shorter than you are. I have just bought tops from there. They all seem to be flowers on them. I wore a dress like that in junior school as there was no uniform there until you went to comprehensive school. Have a nice weekend away

Lovely dresses Maria, thank you, I am not keen on anything sleeveless for the older lady with arms which are better covered up.
I have just found out that if you return any item to Roman, they knock off a payment to cover the postage so you don’t receive the full price back.
I don’t think you have mentioned that on your Roman hauls. Did you send any of these clothes back?
Yes they do take £2.50 I believe to cover postage or you can pay the postage.
It’s £3 to return, they provide a label but take the money off the refund.
If you buy in store they only give a credit note for returns.

You and Becky have the same taste….the geometric black and white dress does look lovely on both of you. I like the spotty dress too. Then there is the “wavy line” one….how on earth do you choose? I bought some clothes in Roman store at the weekend .Tried on in changing room. All good. Didn’t realise if you want to return no cash refund. Will be credit note or vouchers
Something to be aware of, I didn’t know that. I order on line and have been really happy with the returns.

You’ve tried on some lovely things and they all suit you but sadly no good to me as I’m now only 5’ 2” I’ve lost 2” in height over the last few years

When you return stuff to Roman they deduct £3 per item to cover postage unless you’re returning something faulty or exchanging.
I didn’t know that, that’s quite a lot really if you’ve ordered several items.
No sorry that’s wrong it’s £3 per order not per item which I don’t think is too bad
