2.Inspect the Hydrant
3. Connect Hose
4.Open Hydrant Valve
5. Flush the Line
6. Charge the Line
7. Monitor Pressure
8.Test Hydrant Operation
9.Disconnect Hose
10. Ensure valve are closed
11. Record Information
