Ever since I've become aware of Milos training style its changed my life! People kind of get mad when I use a few things at the same time so sometimes I can't really do giant sets but when I have the opportunity I dont pass it up
So this is Pull Ups Plus Every Machine PullDown Variation in a 10 exercise circuit. Every subtle difference of all the pulldown options in one circuit. So if this is a extensive circuit for upper back musculature focused on vertical pulling, is there one for horizontal pulling, or do you only use vertical movements for back? Or alternate? And how do you cross apply this circuit concept do other bodyparts, like legs?
Milos is a legend I incorporate his giant set but I do 4 exercises only each around 10-14 reps. If you do like 10 exercises consecutively it became 100+ reps which looks like cardio/circuit training to me.
I think you missed like 1 or 2 machines there... imagine everyone in the gym trying to superset... everything like this!... Also not convinced this isn’t a fast train to injury town...

Plus you must realise that would be about 100 hard reps. Which are the reps that build muscle in the end
How many rounds do they do it? Is it just one set of 10 exercises and that's it for the back work out? Or is it like set of 4 sets x 10 exercises?

A question to all pls tell that whether we should do one exercise aftr another or one exercise 3 sets and then move to next exercise
