I was wondering about this myself. Looking at the chart closely after watching the original, it seems that step patterns are set in stone, but the arrows they are placed in are changed.
@@EonNite Shuffle doesn’t randomize the arrows. Think of each column having a number (ex, left is 1, down is 2, up is 3, right is 4). Shuffle then randomizes those numbers so you could get 3241 meaning all the original up arrows are now left arrows and so forth.
