Tutorials on steel window #restoration seem to be a rare find. This is a great resource for folks looking for a quick guide on this #homeimprovement project. In this video Jim prioritizes using tools such as a carbide scraper, a needle scaler, and a wire wheel grinder to remove paint rather than using chemicals. While he doesn’t wear a lead paint removal respirator for this brief demonstration, we (and Jim) advise anyone working with toxins to take the correct safety precautions.
