We need to remember the Lord our God for it is He that gives us the power to get wealth that He might establish His covenant with us. Memory confirms our faith, increases our knowledge of ourselves, and strengthens our confidence in God. Forgetfulness is a sign of carelessness, unbelief, and ingratitude. In memory, we find our past and present. Remembering humbles us, proves us, and then teaches us the insufficiency of things to make us happy. Memory also quickens the heart and fuels gratitude.

If we don't raise animals or produce, how can we tithe?
Give abundantly yes, but since tithes supported the sacrifices in the temple ,how can you tithe after The Lamb of God was offered up at Calvary?
No need anymore.
When Jesus spoke of tithes he spoke of produce, mint, anise and cumin.....never money.
How could a priest offer a twenty dollar bill on the altar?
No tithe teaching was given by any apostolic writer to the gentile believers.
Not one reference.
Give abundantly, all you want. But you can't tithe if the Lamb was offered once for our sins.....
