"This is a business relationship" is important for every job, not just Vtuber companies and something everyone should remember.
ALWAYS be wary of companies trying to push the "we are a family" chpill, a familly won't fire you if time get tough.
It’s a family when you need to stay an extra half hour unpaid, but it’s a business when you need time off.

I had this rude wake up call just months ago. I performed well, did everything I could but still got included in the downsizing because my stats did not go up gast enough. I still feel bitter about it even now, but there's nothing I can really do to change it. All I know is, I was dealt a shitty card despite doing my absolute best.

If the woman with an auto-immune disorder lived in such conditions she'd probably be dead. Unfortunately she needs a strictly managed environment just to be doing alright. It's bizarre that Pippa's health is as good as it is, at least physically speaking. Psychologically she doesn't seem all that sound but I'm hardly an expert and her unhinged rants are entertaining for me. At least she's not one of the HoloEn girls who might joke about their two experiences with sleep paralysis (Baelz is someone who needs a break and it seems Hololive attracts workaholics that have to be told to take a rest).

As for the 3D models, I think it depends on how well they're made. I've seen quite a few scuffed models but the HoloLive 3Ds are really good.
They have the money to back it up though. Not everyone either has the money to hire top tier modelers and artists or they go the corpo route and cut corners to save a few dollarie dews.

You learn from mistakes, and Pippa sure has alot to say about vtubers both as a business standpoint and about the actual content.
Its safe to say the people behind the vtuber models aren't the most mentally sound individuals let's just say that.

I was taught there was three aspects to being a good leader. Front Line Charger, Backline Manager, and Family Support.
However, most fail to understand that being a supporter means being able to tell the unwanted truth to the face of your peers or subordinates.
Like how old directors told women they were too fat for a role, or too ugly, or editors tearing up an article in front of a newbie journalist's face, because it is terrible and won't sell, you have to be honest at a certain point. Or else you end up with adult daycare centers masquerading as business offices where those who are suppose to be in charge drink champagne while the company collapses around them.
Agencies aren't for everyone. And they are primarily focused on streaming. So if you don't want to stream, you're better off independent.
Also, she kind of threw shade at VShojo.

She think it's a waste of resources. The problem is some VTubers (and by extension, Vtuber viewers) got it in their minds that a 3D model is the be all and end all for their success.
Truth is, unless you have the REALLY high end tech to do it like Cover does or the pioneer herself, Kizuna AI did, it tends to be very janky, stiff, and awkward. Even with the best rigging you need motion capture equipment that has the same kind of fidelity to make a 3D model look, and most importantly *move* good.
@Keirnoth codemiko's technical clips are interesting that way. It's a hell of a process.

And now for MY OWN OPINION
Once you get big enough there's definitely need more responsibility in what you say. You can make yourself feel better by shifting the blame to the viewers idiocy, but for example if you say you dislike someone and then some small % of your fanbase goes and harasses them repeatedly then that's on you. That doesn't mean you need to change your content or not say you dislike them, but in that scenario you need to reaffirm what is proper behaviour. Very few people read descriptions and there's a solid number of people who don't watch every stream so even "Oh I said to not take me seriously 2 months ago" doesn't mean shit.
We do need to take responsibility for our actions as a society, not pin all the blame on those whose opinions "made us" go harass someone they didn't like. That action is 100% on us and don't even try to shift the blame there because we SHOULD know better. It's not a vtuber's responsibility to raise us and be our parent and we shouldn't hold them in such a high regard that their opinion is law. The very idea, the very concept is messed up in the first place. This goes right along with that old adage "If your friend told you to jump off a bridge, would you?" You really shouldn't let others control you to that extent, no matter how much you worship the ground they walk on. Think, feel, act. Don't let your emotions dictate your actions, don't act before you understand why you feel how you do and whether it's appropriate to respond that way, understanding and accepting the consequences and the situation as a whole.

Saying "well they should know better" in technically correct, but ignoring that a part of every fanbase isn't reasonable enough to control their emotions or trust they won't parasocially believe that doing so will earn some sort of favor does end up being a responsibility of the streamer.
