She's not a bad person and I do believe she did want to make Brexit happen. She took the job when nobody wanted it and did her best to ensure the public get what they voted for. What went wrong was how she tried to please both sides; that is simply not possible. The deal wasn't what people had in mind when they voted and I don't think she 100% took people's concerns into account. It's wrong to blame her, though. It's the self serving MPs that for 3 years have been doing their very best to destroy Brexit because they didn't like the result. If she didn't have Brexit to sort out I do believe she would've made a good PM and would've done a lot more for this country. Despite the dancing, she has been a good representative of the UK and we should wish her well.

Mrs. May! You are a very wise woman with an amazing personality! This interview has changed my mind about you! Thank you for your dedication and hard-work!
I think someone who showed courage to lead the Country at the crucial time of referendum and now almost stabilised (with or without brexit deal in the parliament) the politics (from outside world view) to take its own rightful decision, she endured the most crucial non-war time of any prime minister with full conviction and nationality spirit. With this, I shall congratulate her for an endearing service and wish her for future discourse. - Right and Ethical Politics - From India. Thank you
Since when did you speak for the entirety of the British People?... I don't remember getting an email. I thought I still had a voice of my own?!?!? Mrs May has the facial grimace of someone who doesn't know how she got here, but by God she doesn't want to be here now. She has the demeanor of someone who knows she is in the wrong job.. Of a weak infant school headmistress who can't maintain discipline during assembly. . I'm sure she is a nice lady though, on a one to one level.
It's so nice to see a bit more of Theresa's personality. A lot of the time, it felt like she had put a massive wall up and gave out the absolute bare minimum of information about Brexit and, indeed, herself. Her own thoughts and opinions were rarely made clear, and I think this would have helped her a lot if she was more transparent. However, I understand why she was like that. I don't think that I would have been able to cope, personally, with the sheer amount of pressure that she was under, without putting up those walls to protect myself. Brexit is and Brexit was a poison chalice. Anyone who touches it is doomed to ruin. There are vast amounts of people who want to stay in the EU, and there are equally vast amounts of people who want to leave. Everyone has different reasons for their opinion on this. Consequently, there are infinite amount of opinions on how we should leave and on what terms, and, in the case of remaining, what remaining should look like. Trying to bring together an entire, truly divided, nation, under these circumstances, is an impossible task. Whether you like her or loathe her as a politician, I have always felt sympathy for her as a human being. There have been many times where I have seen her in parliament, or on the news, and have thought that she was either about to cry her eyes out or have a break down. The amount of comments that she has received that are personal in nature and, really, akin to bullying is amazing. Even in parliament itself, her place of work, she received so much abuse. Of course, she didn't deliver on Brexit, she's influenced decisions on the welfare 'reforms' that have been negatively received, and her premiership could be described as an utter disaster. But please, people, remember that she is a human being, and I doubt that any one of us could have performed better. To have gone through one of the most distressing and horrid experiences and to have, by sheer luck, survived it until the end is a success, to her merit. Let's just hope that we have a general election, so that our voice can be heard and this mess can get a bit closer to a resolution. The two muppets that we're destined to be left with are definitely not suitable for the job. Although this issue has been one of obsession and division, let us try to remember that life is very short, and we should all do our best, in our individual ways, to be joyful and positive towards one another. Brexit hasn't only divided the nation, but it's broken friendships and caused rifts in families. Is this what we want? Brexit is out of our hands now and what will be will be, so let us all try to make an effort to mend and nurture relationships that have been damaged throughout this ordeal. Good luck, everyone!

One just always gets the sense that when she's asked a question, she goes into her mental toolbox of acceptable answers. She oozes vulnerability, but bad vulnerability. It's good to be honest and introspective and show that to people. But she seems to be trying to hide it.
As an outside observer of British politics, I was madly excited about her premiership. Like some people say, she was prime minister at the wrong time. In a way, a Brexiteer should have been a PM instead of her or another Remainer.
To go though your whole life without doing anything good or leaving any type of legacy must be horrid to her. at leased her kids will not be embarrassed by what she did not do.( no children) She will be easily forgotten.
Thanks for your opinion @Rupert Tancred. But as the vote shown in 2015, half of brits don't want to be out of the EU. And still there are many different views of the Brexit's effects. As a politician and leader of the country, she didn't have to be a populist. I believe even none of people who voted for out want to leave the EU radically.
She did her best alright. Her best to keep us half in and tied up with more bureaucratic rules and regulations for ever more. She is a traitor to democracy...
I don't understand why people are so annoyed about the frendliness of this interview. There is plenty of footage of her being pilloried. I want to see how she reacts in a NORMAL interview, the sort that bascially every non politician gets.
On a bleak dark night, with a full moon stabbing through thick rain heavy clouds. A sinister creepy shadow claws its way to an old creaking door. Suddenly! A terrifying shreik fills the night. Oh.... it's you Mam, welcome home. Then the policeman closes the door of 10 downing street.
Theresa's comment on trump's attitude towards her is outstanding indeed. I quote ' America relationship with the UK is not about 2 persons' but more about the history of two countries where they stood shoulder to shoulder. She is so professional in her speech and tactful in her answers. Hats off Theresa. Your background is british and trump's background is his ego
Mind you Dodgy David Cameron left the mess so it's his fault for being a useless man. He left cos he new he dug a hole. Then Theresa may had to sort it out.
The very best deal was the first one that Theresa May supported. Remember, she was a supporter of remain long before she supported leave. Switching positions is dishonest unless you can say why. Would she suddenly support Labour if the Labour Party wins an election? Just because one third of her parliamentary party and UKIP persuaded 51 point something of the voters in the referendum to vote for something that was never realistic is not a good reason for changing one's mind.
Hopefully a General election where 50% of the UK population submits a legitimate vote of no confidence. That is the only way to disband the money hungry parasites. The men/women of this country can then choose a Government who put their interests first. No Government = no taxes. Income tax, car tax, council tax and every other unlawful stealth tax.
@@johnwilson9979 Taxes aren't illegal. You might want to live in some kind of Mad Max world. I want an NHS, and schooling, and potholes repaired - that requires tax.
@@jeandada3654 Stealth taxes are. By design their purpose is to HARVEST as much money from the public as possible. When you do your tax returns on line, you are thanked at the end for your contribution. The definition of Contribution is donation. You continually pay these stealth taxes through a lack of knowledge of English Grammar. The fraud is in the Grammar. As for the NHS, it is in decline by default. Very soon you will be paying for doctors appointments and any hospital visits. Schooling is BS. There is very little truth, if any, taught in schools. They are a Government tool. Local councils have no interest in spending money on potholes, or anything else. Their sole interest is Council Tax revenue. Which again is an unlawful stealth tax. Educate yourself before making stupid comments reminiscent of an obedient slave.
I'm not from the UK, so I understand my opinions are not based on a personal connection: citizen to leader. I've been following UK politics for years now, as I am a big political nerd and have a major interest in global affairs. Anyway, I don't hate Theresa May. To think of her as Cameron's successor if UK had voted to remain, how would we judge her record? She's a Tory, first of all. She's not far-right, but she is right-wing. And her record in government reflects Tory values--to an extent. She also inherited Cameron's austerity legacy. But because of Brexit, everything that has happened: Grenfell, Terrorist Attacks, Public Services Funding, Poverty, Rough Sleeping, et al, all comes under the Brexit umbrella. She's a strange person, honestly. When she's in the House of Commons she's in her element, but among people she seems not sure of herself. And no, let's stop with the fact that she's a robot or a puppet of the NWO or any other conspiracy stuff. I'm glad this interview is personal rather than political. We get to see her for her. That's a healthy thing for the people to see their leader as him/herself. She is awkward. She doesn't cold or reserved, just awkward. It is cringe at first but after 3 yrs you're used to it. When she was an MP/Home Sec and did interviews, I didn't sense the same awkwardness. I judge her domestic record in gov't as the Conservative she is. I judge her record on Brexit on three fronts: 1. Remainer 2. The State of the Conservative Party 3. The Poisoned Chalice that is Brexit. Regarding 1, she voted to Remain, why she won the contest in 2016 is beyond me. But perhaps a softer Brexit rather than hard seemed like the best way to achieve consensus in the HoC. But let's be honest, no matter what deal she and the EU would've produced, the HoC would've said no. The Irish Backstop problem lost the DUP support, which lost a government majority. She wanted to first please her party, specifically DUP and ERG/Far-right, but that failed, and also meant a Brexit that the EU wasn't willing to give, then cross-party talks failed because Labour only wanted her to fail to trigger GE and make Conservatives look bad. Regarding 2, the Tories woke up to a Leave vote as a broken party, nothing Theresa May could've done was going to change that. She could have had one vision, but her cabinet and party all had their own personal ones and failed the country because of it. 3, I agree with a lot of what people are saying: Brexit is poisonous. Cameron, May, Hunt, Johnson, Corbyn, anybody, they couldn't have done or could not do differently because in the end it's the EU that ultimately decides and the EU are done with the UK (more like fed up)--except they still want Scotland and NI in or to reverse brexit altogether. She was a bad PM, in that if you're not a conservative. She was also a weak leader. But her intentions were good, for that I respect her. I certainly prefer her to Johnson and I don't see Hunt doing any better than her, same Tory, different person.
I swear, I love Theresa May more than my country. I hope we will make change we will give Uk all judgements and Prime Minister of my country and the president of my country
she had a tough job not many would not have survive or coped, she fort for the best interest of our country, she is brave lady i have the most respect for her

Yes her deal was not to leave and kept us tied to the EU that’s why the honourable MPS voted against her . 18.4 million said leave and although she said leave means leave she tried to cheat the Electorate
Whether you like Jellyfish May or not, you have to admit, speaking from a remainers position, she did an outstanding job of trying to keep us in the corrupt, undemocratic, German, sorry, slip of the tongue, European Union. If only she had been on my side, I voted to leave the European Union, I never voted for a deal nor did I want to stay in the customs union, in fact, I wanted to cut ties altogether. That is what I understood leaving meant, not some half-baked deal.
I certainly see the resemblance! Must be the hair and shoes. I'm a Labour supporter but voted our queen Theresa in 2017 because I loved her fashion and sense of style😍👸 Icon 👑
The British government's very own Metropolitan Police have said they "respect the rights of the media" following a warning to journalists, seen as a direct attack on press freedom. *Tommy Robinson slight cough.*
Women has strange facial expressions when talking. Her downfall was going into the Brexit negotiations with the mindset that Europe had the negotiating advantage. By taking a no deal off the table she immediately was bargaining from a position of weakness. Should have been strong and laid out to Junker and Co, a list of items that Britain would not accept. The deal she attempted to ram through parliament several times kept Britain metaphorically in the EU. With control of issues with the unelected Bureacrats in Brussels. Her response " my deal was a good deal " No it was not, it was neither Brexit, or a good deal.
Though I've never, ever dreamt of voting tory, this lady has a dignity and statesmanlike quality that is a million miles from the current clusterf**k 🤮
Chris Franklin she wasn’t successful but I would put Tony Blair as FAR worse for opening up the UK to mass third world immigration. That kind of treason will never be topped.
But you may signed us into the bk stop and custom union. Single market. But with no voice. You fool. They offers us free trade but you may said no. You betrayed us. In favour of remain. The trust as gone. Its gone don't talk or report we are not Listening we are done may

She won't be resigning now, given England won the cricket world cup and she was there. 🤪
Robbie Craughwell wheat field...
@Robbie Craughwell with a dildo up her farter.
It was your Treaty they didn't want to vote for, NOT A deal...A Treaty that would have tied UK in without a voice...you failed Mrs May.
I think she is a decent human being.
Wonderful Mrs Theresa May hard working lady. I will miss her has our PM.
She was the most ineffective, stubborn and spineless Pm we have ever had. Good riddance.
Thanks for your Reply, Maybe to you. She did work hard to get us out of EU. The next new PM is in the same boat too!
@@rajeshparmar8674
And you have the vote?
Now there’s a thing upon suffering beyond suffering the poor will rise again and it shall be a blessing to a sick nation?
To go though your whole life without doing anything good or leaving any type of legacy must be horrid to her. at leased her kids will not be embarrassed by what she did not do.( no children) She will be easily forgotten.
You were slow and ineffective in your previous post. Just a hanger on to try to stay in the job. Good riddance.
Nobody would have been doing better then her in that sudden circumstance. She's done her best I suppose.
Philip Lim no because she hasn’t done anything... at all... literally tried to be popular and ducked over the country
Philip Lim we needed a strong leader to deliver Brexit
Thanks for your opinion @Rupert Tancred. But as the vote shown in 2015, half of brits don't want to be out of the EU. And still there are many different views of the Brexit's effects. As a politician and leader of the country, she didn't have to be a populist. I believe even none of people who voted for out want to leave the EU radically.
She did her best alright. Her best to keep us half in and tied up with more bureaucratic rules and regulations for ever more. She is a traitor to democracy...
Just drop the keys through the letterbox when you go.
lol
To be honest, she stands up pretty well here. I wont miss her but I don't begrudge her efforts.
No deal is better than a bad deal and May's deal would have left us under EU control which is not Brexit
No Darren
Britain's fucked. And more racist slimeballs are sticking their heads up out of the gutters. We need to sort the racists out and get rid of the tories
She was pretty much bullied out of the job by the ERG.
One of the best we had ❤️
The very best deal was the first one that Theresa May supported. Remember, she was a supporter of remain long before she supported leave. Switching positions is dishonest unless you can say why. Would she suddenly support Labour if the Labour Party wins an election? Just because one third of her parliamentary party and UKIP persuaded 51 point something of the voters in the referendum to vote for something that was never realistic is not a good reason for changing one's mind.
Dont see how a new PM will solve the problems. We need a general Election
Yes, at last someone speaking a bit of sense Scott.
@@johnwilson9979 Alright, chill man.
Our country betrayed us in 2016
she had a tough job not many would not have survive or coped, she fort for the best interest of our country, she is brave lady i have the most respect for her
Under-rated PM.
- and that's from a Labour / Greenie.
Wow this comment section is surprisingly civil that’s uplifting.
well done prime minister may, you did your very best, you can bow out with pride..
i was a may voter, unfortunately one will not vote for boris
davey grean THERE IS NO PRDE IN DECEIT ,HOW MANY TIMES DID SHE SAY LEAVE MEANS LEAVE ? TIME WILL SHOW WE LEFT ON MARCH 29th . Wicked deceitful woman . As bad as Blair if not worse .
@@frankjenkins6627 how many times did she plead with the commons begging them to quit playing party politics, and honour the will of the British people, but corbyn would rather make her look bad than deliver the peoples wishes so between labour the snp the dup and the erg she ended up powerless , but she still fought for as long as she could.
So sad to see our Queen Theresa go😔😔 I don't know how I'll live without her as our PM😥 She reminds me of the young Nicki Minaj for some reason😍😍
I certainly see the resemblance! Must be the hair and shoes. I'm a Labour supporter but voted our queen Theresa in 2017 because I loved her fashion and sense of style😍👸 Icon 👑
hahaha
Get the tories out please. Let's get a fairer society with a Labour government
This entire interview is going to be such a surreal source of evidence for historians

Hello,
Congratulation. That's a great patriotic, smart and honorable act.
Thank you. Good Receipt. Check Al Green.
Thank you Kuenssberg, well done. Prime Minister May has been very next in many answers to every one... Her Personal way will hold many compliments!...
What ???
Very good interview!
Her response " my deal was a good deal "
No it was not, it was neither Brexit, or a good deal.
She never wanted Brexit, thats why she shoved the no deal off the table.
Though I've never, ever dreamt of voting tory, this lady has a dignity and statesmanlike quality that is a million miles from the current clusterf**k 🤮
Locketts and Lemsip sales increased in her 3 years
A strong lady whom I admire a lot.
To me her resilience is inspiring... a role model to me whether she delivered brexit or not.
You are a pathetic human being
A prime example of someone promoted far beyond their ability.A total waste of space and the worst PM ever, until the next one..
Chris Franklin she wasn’t successful but I would put Tony Blair as FAR worse for opening up the UK to mass third world immigration. That kind of treason will never be topped.
If Parliament wanted BREXIT we would be OUT before NOW.
But you may signed us into the bk stop and custom union. Single market. But with no voice. You fool. They offers us free trade but you may said no. You betrayed us. In favour of remain. The trust as gone. Its gone don't talk or report we are not Listening we are done may

How difficult it's to bring a change.
Who is holding the camera at Mrs May ?!?!? Shaking it Omg hurting my eyes 😱
Finally she will be gone soon , she has been the worst PM ever despite plenty of competition. Her pompous manner will not be missed , mutton dressed up as lamb.
She was the People's Princess
My God, I'd rather open a vein than listen to this.
Good Riddance. Best of luck with the next one!
its really unfair to think of Theresa as shy I think !
As much as I was not impressed with you, I wish you well in your life after being PM
She’ll be fine. Those who suffer because of her decisions won’t.
@@Ethan-tt5ix well said
Jesus guys, there is nothing wrong with wishing her well. Theres so much hate in the world, and especially on the internet. I dont want to be like that. She isn't evil, most people are fundamentally good. She fucked up, that's it.
Why would she disclose any confidential information. I can't agree on that. Overall, she is so strict and consistent. I respect, the politician has to have a good vibe. Only then you can know she does not lie. Viva Britannia. انا من اكرانيا
Theresa May is my favourite politians with David Cameron and Stephen Harper!!! She dedicated to work to make the best deal with the United Kingdom,European Union and Commonwealth Realms such as Canada,Australia and New Zealand!!! She was a great Home Secretary!!! The Best is Theresa May helped Thae Yong Ho to send Korea(Southern Part of Korea) and help to escape from North Korea!!!
T. May misjudged & mishandled the situation!
