Just started dming a campaign for my brother and his wife. Hes an acient oath paladin, and shes a beast master ranger. Its gonna get natural up in here
Fantastic vid! Just created a Leonin Paladin and chose Oath of the Ancients. I lost my Dearf Barbarian Berserker… I play him as an old dwarf that was a former soldier and was lost for awhile… played him like as he gained levels was like him remembering who he used to be. I am looking forward to the change of pace. We are about 20 sessions into Tomb of Annihilation.
I brewed a Dryad OotA Paladin who’s Tree was destroyed by Demons who crossed over and laid waste to the forest she resided in. She was saved by a Paladin who is now her mentor.
After my Stars Druid/Twighlight Cleric dies (probably pretty soon), my next character is going to be this multiclassed with 2 levels of Circle of the Shepard Druid. I'm going to be an Eladrin who dual wields scimitars. I'm also going to take the new Slasher feat from TCoE and the Elven accuracy feat. The idea is to use the Shepard Druid's Wild Companion and the Hawk Spirit Totem to get advantage, and then with EA feat, get 9 attempts to roll a nat 20 per turn (unless I'm smiting), to cause disadvantage pretty regularly because of the Slasher Feat. And then when I do smite, I have more chance for crit damage. I think it'll be worth losing the lvl 20 ability, but everything else about this subclass is already great, and makes you a great melee fighter with some of the best buffing given to a subclass in 5e (imo).
its also good to remember that most adventurers don't even reach level 20, a lot can happen in a campaign. That sounds like a fun, DM-annoying build haha!

Even though I'm not going play the game I believe that those can use this code to live by.
amazing!
I’ve been trying to justify this character I have that they would in fact be an Oath of Ancient Paladin..
So far I’ve figured out a way
