As I was solving this puzzle I could hear you in my head saying "I'm missing something and it's probably sudoku " lol Also I think I prefer the easy easy over the "middle easy" mentioned in your title
20:27 for me, conflict check off, and a terrible left shoulder so only solving with by mouse these days (annoying but it can't be helped). Very happy with the time though. Great puzzle, as usual. :)
I solved it in 12:10. Cheers, Sleuth. I was just wondering: You mentioned near the start of your solve that you weren't going to use the symmetry of the puzzle to solve it. But in the end, the solution isn't symmetrical? It may be a really obvious question (I wouldn't call myself an expert in sudoku theory in any way), but why isn't the puzzle symmetrical? Is it purely because of the cages?
